Won ticket from the MIX Chicago Radio per AEG

Hi, I have also won tickets to the Chicago Feb 23rd show and have yet to receive my tickets.
I also purchased tickets before I won them and am wondering the same. The radio station
as of Thursday the 24th of Jan did not have them in house and was waiting on the promotor for the tickets. My tickets that I purchased are great floor seats. But since the radio station is a big one I would think that their seats would be great for the winners. I would like to get rid of the ones I purchased and not have to worry about it last minute.

Also, by any chance do you know or know where I can find out where they like to stay when in Chicago.
